Veri Good Cookies was born from years of baking and a desire to create a guilt-free cookie for my active friends and my kids. My love for cooking with healthy ingredients and the vision of sharing my most requested recipes finally got the better of me, and Veri Good Cookies became a reality. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil can positively affect our hormones for thyroid and blood-sugar control. People who take coconut oil also tend to improve how they handle blood sugar since coconut can help improve insulin use within the body.
